28-year-old foreman is charged with the death of four Armenian citizens in Krasnodar according to the article № 216 of CC RF «Violation of safety rules during building work, which caused the death of two or more persons». This was said by Ivetta Agayan, acting assistant of Head of the Investigation Department of the Investigative Committee of the Krasnodar region during interview with «RUSARMINFO». Ivetta Agayan confirmed that four victims are citizens of the Republic of Armenia, and the foreman, who is charged, is a citizen of the Russian Federation. Recently press has reported about the death of 4 Armenian citizens at the construction site in Krasnodar. According to her, foreman, who was responsible for ensuring the safety, had allowed workers to implement the work of loading and unloading bricks without instructions and providing with personal protective equipment. As a result, in the afternoon on the 28 of March 2015 at the moment when the workers took the cargo, which was mounted on a suspended metal platform, fixing metal racks had exploded. The Construction, on which builders were working, had collapsed. «As a result of violation of safety rules during building work, four people 53-60-year-old had died on the spot. 18-year-old sufferer was taken to hospital with injuries of varying severity, where he stays until today», — she said. In such cases the maximum punishment is imprisonment for up to seven years with deprivation of the right to occupy certain positions.
